摘    要:通过在中温低湿储粮生态区(第四储粮生态区)采用智能通风控制系统对高大平房仓进行冬季机械降温通风,同时与常规方式进行对比研究。试验结果表明:智能通风系统能较为快速、准确、有效地监测粮堆内外温度、湿度参数变化,较为准确地判断通风条件,捕捉最佳通风时机,避免低效、无效以及有害通风,通风电耗较常规通风方式降低64%。同时减少了水分过度散失,减轻了人员劳动强度,提高了储粮智能化水平。

Abstract:Intelligent ventlation had been used in medium temperature and low humidity ecoloical zones (fourth grain storage ecological zone) to ventilate large warehouse in winter compared with conventional manner. The results showed that intelligent ventilation system can rapidly, acclurately and efficientely monitor temperature and moisture change inside and outside of grain bulk, can identify the ventilation condition and catch best chance which avoid inefficient, ineffective and harmful ventilation. The energy consumption of intelligent ventilation had been cut down 64% compared with conventional way, while reduced excessive moisture loss, reduce labor intensity and improve the intelligengt level of grain storage.
