摘    要:利用GA 3、高锰酸钾、双氧水、甲醛、硫酸、多菌灵浸泡一把伞南星种子,探讨不同浓度药剂处理对种子萌发的影响。结果表明,使用不同浓度的GA 3、硫酸、甲醛、过氧化氢、多菌灵、高锰酸钾处理一把伞南星种子,对其发芽特性具有不同程度的影响。200倍的多菌灵溶液浸泡2 h,一把伞南星种子的萌发效果最好,此时发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数达到最大值,分别为(86.79±2.73)%、(80.40±2.67)%、(9.83±1.21)%,且与对照差异极显著;其次是浓度为5%的甲醛溶液浸泡5 min,种子发芽率为(86.40±1.13)%。使用200 mg·L-1 GA 3溶液浸泡24 h,种子根长、芽长均最大,分别为(29.76±6.04)mm、(89.46±4.18)mm,长势最好。综合考虑各萌发性状,各药剂对一把伞南星种子萌发的促进效果依次为多菌灵>GA 3>高锰酸钾>过氧化氢>甲醛>硫酸。

Effects of Different Agentia on Seed Germination Characteristics of Arisaema erubescens(Wall)Schott

Abstract:To explore the effect of different concentrations of agentia on seed germination,the Arisaema erubescens(Wall)Schott seed was soaked with GA 3,potassium permanganate,hydrogen peroxide,formaldehyde,sulfuric acid and carbendazol.The results showed that different concentrations of GA 3,sulfuric acid,formaldehyde,hydrogen peroxide,carbendazol and potassium permanganate were used to treat the germination characteristics of the seeds.After soaking for 2 h in a 200 times solution of carbendazem,the germination effect of A.erubescens(Wall)Schott seeds were the best.At this time,the germination rate,germination potential and germination index of A.erubescens(Wall)Schott seeds reached the maximum value,(86.79±2.73)%,(80.40±2.67)%and(9.83±1.21)%,respectively,followed by the formaldehyde solution with a concentration of 5%for 5 min and the germination rate of the seeds was(86.40±1.13)%.When soaked in 200 mg·L-1 GA 3 solution for 24 h,the root length and bud length of seeds were the largest,which were(29.76±6.04)mm and(89.46±4.18)mm respectively,and the growth was the best.Taking all germination traits into consideration,the promoting effect of each agent on the germination of A.erubescens was carbendazim>GA 3>potassium permanganate>hydrogen peroxide>formaldehyde>sulfuric acid,successively.
