摘    要:首次提出了活力抗旱指数,并以此为指标,在PEG人工模拟水分胁迫的条件下,对18个不同的玉米品种进行抗旱性研究。结果表明:活力抗旱指数和常用的萌发抗旱指数有很高的相关性,且能更好的反映不同品种幼苗水分胁迫下的差别,可以作为玉米萌发阶段抗旱性鉴定的筛选方法。

Abstract:Vigor index of drought resistance which was used as the index in this study was put forward firstly.Drought resistance of eighteen maize varieties was conducted through adopting PEG solution simulating soil drought treatment.The results showed that: There was a significant correlation between the vigor index of drought resistance and sprout index of drought resistance.The vigor index of drought resistance could better reflect the differences among different maize seedling varieties under water stress and could be used as a filtrating method appraising drought resistance in maize germination stage.
