摘    要:为进一步了解红掌耐热机理和选择耐热育种亲本提供参考依据,以皇冠、阿瑞博、骄阳和粉冠军4个红掌盆栽品种为材料,研究了39℃高温对它们生理特性的影响,并比较其耐热性。分别测定胁迫不同时间后各品种叶片的相对电导率、相对含水量(RWC)、叶绿素含量和保护性酶活性等10个生理指标,并分析各指标随胁迫时间延长发生的变化。结果表明:随着高温胁迫时间延长,4个品种的叶片相对电导率和丙二醛含量(MDA)呈上升趋势,RWC呈下降趋势,脯氨酸含量、可溶性蛋白含量、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)和过氧化物酶(POD)均呈现先上升后下降的趋势,叶绿素总含量和类胡萝卜素含量变化趋势不一致。通过10个生理指标变化趋势以及胁迫48 h后指标值大小的综合分析,可初步认为,皇冠和阿瑞博的耐热性较强,而骄阳和粉冠军的耐热性较差,与实际生产表现相一致。

Effect of High-temperature Stress on Physiological Property of Four Potted Cultivars of Anthurium andraeanum
Abstract:In order to provide reference for further know heat-resistance mechanism as well as the selection of hybrid breeding parent.Taking Royal champion,Arebo,Sierra,Pink champion as materials,researching the effect of 39 ℃ on physiological property and comparing heat resistance of four potted cultivars of Anthurium andraeanum. Measuring ten of the leaves such as relative electric conductivity,relative water content,chlorophyll content and pro-tective enzyme activity under different stress times,we analyzed the changes of every indicator along with stress times.Results showed that relative electric conductivity and MDA content were on the rise,relate water content was on the down.Proline content,soluble protein content and there protective enzyme activity were rising then downing, content of chlorophyll and carotenoid were different change trend.Comprehensive analyze the heat-resistance of ten cultivars trough the change trend of ten physiological indexes and value after 48 hours,Royal champion and Arebo were strong heat resistance,Sierra and Pink champion were poor heat resistance,this conclusion is consistent with the performance in actual production.
