| 摘 要： | １９８２￣１９９０年的系统研究表明，选择淀粉含量在１６．５％以上的马铃薯普通栽培种和新型栽培种杂交，可以筛选出淀粉含量达２０％以上的高淀粉品种，通过对４种６００多组相关数据的测定，证实了从实生苗当代就进行高淀粉单株筛选的可靠性。

| Abstract: | Studies on breeding potato varieties with high starch content have been carried out for nine years (1982-1990). The result showed that varieties with starch content over 20% can be selected by crossing the varieties of S. tuberosum with starch content over 16. 5% with varieties of Neo-tuberosum. More than 600 pairs of relative data indicated that the selection of high starch content plant in F1 seedling is reliable. |
