| 摘 要： | 本文首次对山西省野生刺梨进行了生物学特性、矿质营养成分分析以及生物化学等方面的初步研究,经测定得知刺梨桨果中含有丰富的营养物质,是一种有待开发利用的果树资源.

| Abstract: | A preliminary study on the Bureja Gooseberry (Ribes burejense) in Shanxi had been made in this paper. The biological traits, the mineral nutrients and biochemistry were examined. The results indicated that the berry of Bureja Gooseberry is rich in nutrients.So it would be a new resource of fruit tree that needs to be developed and utilized in Shanxi. |
