玉米种质资源赖氨酸含量分析及遗传变异研究

摘    要:对来源于全省56个县(区)的481份玉米地方品种的赖氨酸含量进行了测定分析,结果表明:贵州玉米地方品种赖氨酸含量平均水平较高,平均值为0.33%,高于全国平均值(0.29%),极限变幅为0.23%~0.41%,常见变幅为0.30%~0.37%,含量在0.35%以上的品种占总体的29.7%,遗传变异广泛;存在一些硬粒型,糯质型,红粒的高赖氨酸资源;不同生态区的玉米品种,赖氨酸含量有明显差异,黔南和黔东南玉米生态区具有丰富的高赖氨酸资源。在分析的基础上,筛选出一批赖氨酸含量较高的不同类型玉米品种,可以通过一定育种方法进行改良,拓宽优质蛋白育种材料的遗传基础,培育不同用途和适应不同生态环境的优质玉米品种。

Abstract:The Lysin content of 481 local maize varieties from 56 counties in Guizhou province was analyzed. The results showed that the Lysine content of maize varieties in Guizhou was higher (the average of 0.33%) than that in whole country (0.29%), the ultimate amplitude was 0.23%~0.41% and frequent was 0.30%~0.37%, the varieties that the content was more than 0.35% accounted for 29.7% in total, the hereditary variation was wide-range. Some high Lysine resources of hard seed, glutinous and red seed varieties were exist The Lysine content of maize varieties from different ecological regions was distinct difference, which there were the rich high Lysine resources in the maize ecological regions in the south and south-east of Guizhou province. On the basis of the analysis, some high Lysine content maize resources may be selected and improved by the way of breeding to expand the genetic and breeding basis of quality protein and breed the quality maize varieties that had different use and adapted different ecological conditions.
