摘    要:采用随机区组设计方法,分析比较油茶芽砧苗嫁接繁育中胚芽、胚根两种砧木材料以及腐熟锯末、黄心土、潮泥及其组合基质在油茶良种工厂化培育中的试验效果。结果表明:以胚芽为砧木的嫁接苗优于胚根接苗木,培育的苗木存活保存率高、根系发育完整健壮;腐熟锯末和潮泥两种材料的运用改良了油茶良种工厂化无性繁殖中传统育苗基质,为油茶芽砧苗根系的发育完整提供了良好的生长环境;胚芽接+潮泥+腐熟锯末处理组合在试验中表现最佳,投入产出比达1∶2.80。

Abstract:According to the random block design to analyse and compare the experimental effect of grafting seedlings quality of Camellia oleifera with different rootstock and substrate from factorization cultivation.The results showed that: the quality of grafting seedlings with plumule was better than that of radicel.And the sur-vival rate of seedlings was higher either,the root system growth was complete,vigorous and healthy.The utiliza-tion of well-rotted sawdust and the moist soil could improve traditional substra...
