摘    要:研究了7个烤烟杂交组合F1代的农艺性状、经济性状及TMV抗性的杂种优势,分析了各性状与亲本间的相关性.结果表明,烤烟杂种优势以单位面积产量最为突出,7个组合的单位面积产量均超过中亲值,优势幅度在6.6%~50.40%之间,有6个组合超过了大值亲本,优势幅度在8.34%~43.78%之间.各性状都有表现超中亲或超高亲的组合,不同性状表现杂优组合比例不同,TMV抗性的高亲优势最强,占71.42%.亲本对杂种一代各性状有不同程度的影响,F1各组合的有效叶数、茎围、单位面积产量、产值几个性状与大值亲本、小值亲本、中亲值、双亲之差无显著相关;自然株高与亲本相关性较大,上等烟比例、TMV抗性优势大小与双亲之差为负相关.

Abstract:Heterosis of agronomic traits, economic traits and TMV resistance of 7 F 1 cross combination of flue cured tobacco had been studied. And the relationship between each traits and parents lines also had been analyzed. The results indicated that heterosis of yield was the highest. Yield of 7 combinations were all over mid parent value. The range of heterosis was 6.6%~43.7%.And the value of 6 combinations were over large parent value, the range of heterosis was 8.34%~ 43.78% . All of the traits had the combination whose value was over mid or high parent value. The ratio of heterosis of different traits was not the same. The high parent heretosis of TMV resistance was the highest, whicharrived at 71.42% . The influence of parent on hybrid F 1 was different. The relationship between value of effective leaves, stem circumference, yield, cost ofyield and high parent, small parent, mid parent and parents was not significant. And the relationship between natural plant height and parent was relativelyhigh. However, the relationship between ratio of upgrade tobacco, TMV resistancebetween parents was negative.
