野生惠兰无菌播种及繁育技术研究

摘    要:开展了广西野生惠兰无菌播种及繁育技术研究.研究结果表明:氢氧化钠浸泡种子、低温预处理及低盐培养基可使惠兰种子提早萌发并提高萌发数,最佳基本培养基为Kyoto培养基;适宜的激素组合可促进原球茎(根状茎)增殖,最佳组合为2 mg/L BA+1 mg/L NAA,增殖系数可达4.3倍;在培养基中加入水果汁特别是椰子汁可明显提高壮苗和生根效果,发根率可达100%.

Abstract:Seed germination in steril sowing and micro-propagation of Guangxi Native Cymbidium faberi were studied.The results showed that,seeds soaked in the NaOH solution cold pre-treatment of the seeds,and culture with lower-salt basic medium were preferred for seed germination,leading to earlier seed germination and higher germination rate.The preferred medium for Native Cymbidium faberi micropropagation was Kyoto medium.The suitable growth regulator combination which promoted protocorms(rhizomes) proliferation wa...
