| 摘 要： | 以桂单22号玉米杂交种及其亲本和10对玉米SSR位点引物为材料，筛选出了适合该杂交种纯度鉴定的SSR引物；并对利用嫩芽和干种子为材料提取DNA的效果进行了比较，建立了一套利用SSR标记技术快速，简便进行玉米杂交种纯度鉴定的技术规程。

| Abstract: | In this study, 10 SSR primer pairs were selecteded to test which one will be suitable for identifing the purity of Guidan No. 22 maize hybrid, A polymorphic SSR primer phi 96100, which has been found, could be applied to test the purity of this hybrid. By compared two methods of extracting DNA from different tissues of the maize, we found that there were no difference of the quality of DNA from the two tissues. A rule, which is used quickly and easily, has been set up for testing maize hybrid purity using SSR marker. |
