摘    要:为了改良综合性状优良的早粳稻空育131的香味性状,培育水稻空育131(fgr)导入系,以非香米空育131为受体亲本,香米稻花香2号为香味基因fgr供体亲本,利用功能性SNP-fgr标记鉴定选择香味基因,同时利用34个双亲间具有多态性的SSR标记进行背景选择,经过3次回交转育创制了背景恢复率达100%的候选水稻空育131(fgr)导入系。对候选水稻空育131(fgr)导入系的农艺性状、抗稻瘟病性、耐冷性、抗倒伏性及香味性状进行鉴定,培育出了除香味以外其他性状与空育131相似或相同的早粳稻空育131(fgr)导入系。水稻空育131(fgr)导入系可以在黑龙江省香米水稻生产中示范试种。

Abstract:In order to improve the fragrance characteristics of early japonica rice Kongyu 131(fgr) with good comprehensive traits, the introgression lines of Kongyu 131 was breed. In the process of hybridization, non-fragrant rice Kongyu 131 was used as the recipient parent while fragrant rice Daohuaxiang 2 was used as the fgr donor parent and the functional SNP-fgr marker was used to identify and select the fragrance gene. Simultaneously, at the same time, 34 parental SSR markers with polymorphism were used for background selection, and three back-crossing transplantations were performed to create a candidate rice Kongyu 131(fgr) line with a background recovery rate of 100%. The agronomic traits, rice blast resistance, cold resistance, lodging resistance and fragrance characteristics of candidate introgression lines of Kongyu 131(fgr) were identified, and the early japonica Kongyu 131(fgr) lines with similar or the same characteristics as Kongyu 131(fgr) were cultivated except for fragrance. The introgression line Kongyu 131(fgr) can be introduced into demonstring plant during fragrant rice production in Heilongjiang province.
