华山松半同胞子代测定遗传力分析及优良家系选择

对贵州省平坝县华山松优树半同胞子代和威宁县初级种子园自由授粉子代生长进行了调查,遗传力分析估算的结果表明:22年生华山松优树子代,胸径、树高和冠幅的家系遗传力分别为0.523、0.435、0.629,每个性状的单株遗传力则分别为0.310、0.0497、0.159;12年生种子园自由授粉半同胞子代的胸径和树高家系遗传力为0.328和0.298,单株遗传力分别为0.356、0.312。平坝试验林评选出24个优树优良半同胞家系,威宁试验林评选出15个种子园自由授粉优良半同胞家系,可供营建1.5代华山松种子园选用或进入二代遗传改良育种群体。

Heritability Analysis and Superior Family Selection for Half-Sib Test of Pinus armandii

The growth of Pinus armandii was investigated for plus tree progeny test in Pingba County and first-generation orchard in Weining County,Guizhou Province.It showed that for the plus tree progenies at 22-year,the family heritability on breast diameter,height and crown width were 0.523,0.435 and 0.629,while the individual heritability on these factors were 0.310,0.049 7,and 0.159,respectively.For trees in first-generation seed garden,the family heritability at 12-year on breast diameter and height were 0.328 and 0.298,while the individual heritability were 0.356 and 0.312,respectively.Finally,24 and 15 superior half-sib progenies were selected from Pinus armandii elite breed farm in Pingba and Weining County respectively.These progenies could be used for establishing 1.5-generation orchard or serve as 2-generation breeding population.
