摘    要:以降香黄檀(Dalbergia odorifera T.Chen)组培苗为试材,选用黄心土、泥炭土、蛭石为移植基质,研究不同的基质配比对降香黄檀组培苗成活及生长生理的影响,以期筛选出降香黄檀组培苗移植基质的最佳配比。结果表明:不同基质配比对降香黄檀组培苗的成活率、株高、地茎、苗鲜重、苗干重、叶绿素含量、根系活跃吸收面积及根系活力均存在极显著性或显著性差异。泥炭土不仅对降香黄檀组培苗的生长和生理状态有良好的正向作用,而且能促进根瘤菌的形成。蛭石和泥炭土都能显著提高降香黄檀组培苗的移植成活率,基质为V黄心土∶V蛭石=2∶1处理的组培苗成活率最高,达到93.09%;其次是基质V黄心土∶V泥炭土=2∶1的处理,成活率为85.14%;基质为100%黄心土处理成活率最低,为62.23%。在已成活的降香黄檀组培苗中,基质为V黄心土∶V泥炭土=2∶1处理的组培苗的各项生长及生理指标都最优。说明V黄心土∶V泥炭土=2∶1的基质配比最适合用于降香黄檀组培苗的移植。

Abstract:Dalbergia odorifera T.Chen tissue-cultured plantlets were used as test materials,and yellow soil,peaty soil and vermiculite were selected as transplant substrates to study the effects of different substrate ratios on the survival and growth physiology of Dalbergia odorifera T.Chen tissue culture seedlings,so as to screen out the best ratio of it.The results showed that the survival rate,plant height,ground stem,fresh seedling weight,dry seedling weight,chlorophyll content,active root absorption area and root activity were all significantly or significant difference with different substrate ratio.Peat soil not only had a good positive effect on the growth and physiological state of Dalbergia odorifera T.Chen tissue culture seedlings,but also promoted the formation of rhizobia.Vermiculite and peat soil could significantly improve the survival rate of the transplantation of Dalbergia odorifera T.Chen tissue culture plantlets.The substrate was V yellow soil∶V vermiculite=2∶1 treatment had the highest survival rate of tissue culture seedlings,reaching 93.09%.Then,the survival rate was 85.14%with V yellow soil∶V peaty soil=2∶1.The lowest survival ratio of plantlets on pure yellow soil was 62.23%.In the surviving Dalbergia odorifera T.Chen tissue culture seedlings,the growth and physiological indexes of tissue-cultured plantlets in substrate of V yellow soil:V peaty soil=2∶1 were the best.In general,the substrate ratio of V yellow soil∶V peaty soil=2∶1 was the most suitable for the transplantation of Dalbergia odorifera T.Chen tissue culture plantlets.
