珍稀乡土树种红淡比扦插繁殖试验研究

红淡比是贵州乡土木本花卉,具有较高的观赏价值和园林应用前景。以红淡比为试材,采用三因素三水平正交试验设计,分析了不同基质、不同生根促进剂及其不同质量浓度对红淡比扦插生根的影响。结果表明,影响红淡比扦插生根率和根系生长状况的主要因素均是扦插基质,使用生根促进剂IBA效果优于NAA和生根粉,促进剂浓度在50~150 mg·L-1范围内高浓度优于低浓度。综合分析结果表明,红淡比扦插的最优组合为A 1B 2C 3,即在珍珠岩基质中,用150 mg·L-1的IBA溶液浸泡后,红淡比的扦插效果最好。

Study on Cutting Propagation of Rare Native Variety Cleyera japonica in Guizhou

The Cleyera japonica Thunb is a native woody flower in Guizhou,which has high ornamental value and landscape application prospect.The effects of different substrates,different rooting promoters and different mass concentrations on rooting by C.japonica were analyzed by using three factors and three levels orthogonal experimental design.The results showed that the main factors affecting the rooting rate and root growth of C.japonica were the substrate,and the effect of IBA was better than NAA and root powder.Also,the high concentration of IBA was better than the low concentration of IBA in the range of 50—150 mg·L-1.The comprehensive analysis results showed that the optimal combination of C.japonica cutting was A 1B 2C 3,that was,C.japonica cutting effect was the best when soaked in 150 mg·L-1 IBA solution in perlite matrix.
