摘    要:运用实时荧光PCR方法对转基因甜菜H7-1外源基因FMV 35 S启动子、E93’终止子、CP 4-EPSPS外源基因和品系特异性进行了检测.建立了快速、准确的转基因甜菜H7-1转基因成分的PCR检测方法.本研究采用的FMV 35 S启动子、E93’终止子、CP 4-EPSPS和品系特异性检测引物探针能有效检测转基因甜菜H7-1中转基因成分,具有特异性,且灵敏度达到0.01%.

Abstract:The paper designed to detect exogenous transgenic FMV 35 S promoter,E 9 3’terminator,target CP4-EPSPS gene and event-specific nucleotide sequence from genetically modified sugar beet H 7-1 by real-time PCR.The accurate and fast PCR detection methods and system were established in genetically modified sugar beet H 7-1.
