山杏,沙棘种子活力测定的电导法

摘    要:该文研究了用电导法测定山杏,沙棘种子活力的方法,适用条件,采用灰色关联度分析方法分析了发芽率,电导率,发芽势,老化时间以及简化活力指数的关联关系,并以简化活力指数,电导率为母序列对各指标的关联度进行排序。通过回归分析建立了电导率与发芽率,发芽势,生活在力,简化活力指数以及简化活动指数与电导率,发牙率,发芽势,生活力的回归方程,从而找出了电导法测定山杏,沙棘种子活力方法。

Abstract:In this paper the determination of the viability of both seed apricot(Prunus armeniace Var. ansu. M) and sea - buckthorn (Hippophae rhamnoides Lr. ) and measure condition are studied by a conductance mehod. It is analysed that the grey relation grade of standaul germination percentage, electrical conductivity, standard germinating energy accelerated ageing time and activity index by grey relation grade analysis method, And every parameter is put in oeder by the grey relation grade on condition that activity index or electrical conductivity is target range. They are modeled that the equations ofelectrical conductivity and standaed germination percentage, standard germinating energyl viability, activity index by statistics methed. Also activity index and electrical conductivity, standaed germination permtage, standard germinating energy viability. At last it is found that the methed of the determination of the vigour of both seed apricot and sea - buckthorn by a conductance method.
