摘    要:本文通过对3种玉米基因组DNA提取方法的比较得出,DNA提取时采用一次氯仿/异戊醇抽提方法,得到的DNA质和量都较为理想,并且能够达到RAPD实验的要求。

Abstract:In this paper,three genomic DNA extraction methods of maize were conducted to show that the best one that can not only satisfy the requirements of radom amplified polymorphic DNA(RAPD) analysis but also be the simplest to operate with rapid and economical effects.The purified and heavier DNA molecule could be obtained by one time of extraction with the organic solvent such as phenol-chloroform,and was tested to be desired for the further experiments by agarose gel electrophoresis and RAPD.
