摘    要:以新疆伽师瓜为试材,分别进行了冷藏和冷藏结合果蜡涂膜处理试验。研究结果表明,在2℃贮藏条件下伽师瓜采用果蜡涂膜处理可明显地抑制果肉硬度、可溶性固形物含量的下降,显著地抑制伽师瓜的呼吸强度,延缓生理代谢,降低果实衰老速度,并能较好地保持伽师瓜的品质与风味,延长保质期,提高伽师瓜的商品价值。

Abstract:Xinjiang Jiashi melon which used as experiment material was observed in two conditions of cold storage and cold storage with coating preservation. The results showed that compared with normal storage, coating preservation restrained respiration rate of melon markedly, delayed physiological metabolism, postponed senescence process and it also controlled the decline of flesh firmness and total soluble solids in 2℃. Coating preservation kept better quality and flavor, and improved commercial value of Jiashi melon.
