| 摘 要： | 专业仓储对茶叶具有保值和升值的重要作用,是茶叶储藏的必然发展方向。本文介绍专业仓储的基本特征和分类,阐述仓储在茶产业中的作用,重点分析仓储对普洱茶品质提升和增值的作用,以及优质普洱茶形成的仓储条件与陈(醇)化的方式方法,可为普洱茶仓储提供参考依据和应用指导。

Position and Role of Professional Storage in Pu-erh Tea Industry |

| Abstract: | The professional storage has an important role in maintenance of value and increase in value, and the tea storage is the inevitable development direction. In this paper, the basic characteristics and classifications of professional storages were summarized, the role of warehousing in tea industry was expounded, and the role of professional tea storage in quality promotion and increment of value of Pu-erh tea were analyzed. The analyses on the storage conditions to form Pu-erh tea of high qualities, and the methods and conditions of the aging or mellowing were made. The author hopes this paper can provide reference and application guidance for Pu-erh tea storages. |
