摘    要:从我国果蔬产业发展现状出发,论述了构建果蔬等农产品贮藏产业体系的必要性,概述了果蔬产业体系的结构与功能及其构建该体系必须考虑的若干问题。

Abstract:Based on the current situations of industry of fruits and vegetables in our country,the necessity of constructing presevation industry system of agricultural products such as fruits and vegetables was expounded in the paper. It also summarized the structure and function of fruits and vegetables industry system as well as several issues which should be considered in this system.
