| Abstract: | Based on the current situations of industry of fruits and vegetables in our country,the necessity of constructing presevation industry system of agricultural products such as fruits and vegetables was expounded in the paper. It also summarized the structure and function of fruits and vegetables industry system as well as several issues which should be considered in this system. |
