| Abstract: | The research and application on the present storage of persimmon is reviewed in this paper.Several kinds of present storage tech-n iques are discussed in detail respectively.The prospects of each technique and s ystematic storage technique are summarized,which will supply reference for the r esearch and application on the storage of persimmon. |
