| 摘 要： | 通过对枇杷采后生理生化特性、采后易腐烂变质、果肉硬化、风味变淡等原因进行分析,找出制约枇杷产业发展的主要因素,并提出改进上述问题的几点措施.

| Abstract: | This paper reviewed the postharvest physilolgy,properties of decay and firmness of loquat during storage and pointed out the factors that have great influence on them. The measurments about how to resolve the problems occured in storage of loquat gave out. |
