摘    要:以新疆本地7—8月集中上市的四个不同品种的甜瓜为试材,研究在低温贮藏期间各品种甜瓜果实生理生化及品质的变化情况。结果表明,不同的甜瓜品种对采后果实的生理与品质影响较大。与其他的品种相比,金皇后品种的甜瓜在整个贮藏过程中表现出较好的耐贮性,果实的呼吸与乙烯高峰推迟了7 d,硬度、SSC、VC含量的下降速度较缓慢,贮藏35 d时的腐烂率为15%,适于1个月左右时间的贮藏,但由于硬度较低,不适于较长距离的运输;金蜜3号、金甜蜜和8501三个品种的甜瓜果实采后品质下降速度较快,适于较短时间的贮藏。

Abstract:Taking four different local melons which on the market to be listed during July to August in Xinjiang as test materials, the changes in physiology, biochemistry and quality of different melon varieties during low temperature storage were studied. The results showed that, different melon varieties had great influence on physiology and quality of post-harvest fruits. Compared with other varieties, Jinhuanghou melon showed better storability during the whole storage, the peaks of respiratory and ethylene release appeared 7 days later than other varieties, the decrease rates of hardness, soluble solid content and VC content were slowly, delay rate was 15% after storaged for 35 days. Jinhuanghou melon was suitable for about one month storage, and not suitable for long-distance transportation because of its low hardness. The post-harvest fruit qualities of Jinmi 3, Jintianmi and 8501 melon varieties were decreased quickly, and they were suitable for short-time storage.
