摘    要:以水为溶剂,采用微波辅助萃取(MAE)哈密大枣中的环磷酸腺苷(cAMP),在单因素试验的基础上,通过箱线图(Box-Behnken)中心组合试验设计(BBD)进行响应面分析,优化工艺条件.结果表明,微波辅助萃取哈密大枣cAMP的最佳工艺条件为:料液比1:30,提取温度81.53℃,提取时间7.7 min,提取功率231...

Abstract:Use water as extraction solvent and the microwave assistance as the extraction technology to extraction cAMP from Hami Jujube.The cAMP was analyzed by HPLC(high performance liquid chromatography) method.The concentrations of factors were optimized subsequently using BBD central composite design and response surface analysis.The results showed that the optimum extraction conditions: the ratio of material-liquid 1∶30,extraction temperature 81.53 ℃,the microwave time 7.7 min,the microwave power 231.1 W.Under such condition,the predictive values of the cAMP extraction yield was 244.198 μg/g,and the measured values was 228.244 μg/g,degree of agreement reached 93.467%.
