| Abstract: | Through a lot of investigations and data analysis, the production status, development history, postharvest treatment and storage of pear industry in Shaanxi and Shanxi province were summarized, the main problems of existing in the pear postharvest storage were analyzed, and some suggestions were put forward to establish and perfect technology system of postharvest treatment, storage and preservation in logistics of pear and guarantee the healthy development of pear industry. |
