摘    要:介绍了龙眼民间传统保鲜法、低温气调保鲜法、药剂防腐法与二氧化硫保鲜法,贮藏保鲜前要进行合理的采前与采后处理、选果及分级.同时还介绍了龙眼果实去皮脱核加工机具的研究,桂圆肉、龙眼干加工方法及龙眼果壳与果核综合利用等技术.

Abstract:The keep fresh techniques are the civilian traditional techniques, low temperature gas adjusting technique, medicament preventing decayed technique and SO2 keeping fresh. Carrying through logical disposal before picking and picking method, selecting and classification. Investigation for domestic longan's sin and pit removal machine is insufficient to apply. There is longan's production that is longan's flesh dry, longan's fruit dry and integrated using.
