| Abstract: | The paper introduced the research progress of postharvest storage methods of strawberry including physical, chemical and biological methods. The effects of various techniques on the storage quality of strawberry were analyzed, the feasible research directions were prospected, which may provide subservient references for storage of strawberry in the future. |
