| 摘 要： | 食品专业英语是一门针对食品专业本科生开设的专业基础课程.在实践教学中存在一些问题,导致学生学习积极性不高,阻碍其专业英语水平的提高.分析了食品专业英语课程教学中存在的问题,并结合多年教学经验,提出了互动式教学方法改革措施,以提高教学效果,促进课程的建设与发展.

| Abstract: | English for food science is a basic course for undergraduates majoring in food science.There are some problems in the practical teaching of this course,which lead to students'low learning enthusiasm and hinder the improvement of their professional English level.This paper analyzed the problems existing in the teaching of English for food majors,and put forward the reform measures of interactive teaching methods based on years of teaching experience,so as to improve the teaching effect and promote the construction and development of the curriculum. |
