摘    要:实验员队伍建设是应用型食品专业工程认证中的重要组成部分.从实验员思想意识和职业发展现状角度分析了地方高校实验员队伍存在的问题,结合专业工程认证中实验教学的持续改进,提出推动实验员队伍建设改革的措施,为新形势下实验员队伍的可持续发展提供思路.

Abstract:The construction of lab technicians play an important role in professional accreditation for food majors in applied universities.In this paper,the problems of lab technicians in local colleges were discussed based on the occupational burnout and professional development status.Combined with experimental teaching in the continual improvement practice,new methods to promote staff construction were established.These experiences could be able to provide potential strategy for the sustainable development of laboratory team.
