摘    要:食品工业是人类生命的产业,是一个古老而永恒的产业。伴随着改革开放,我国食品工业经历了快速发展的30年,食品供给格局也发生了根本性的变化,但食品的质量与安全也出现了诸多问题。食品的质量与安全成了社会反映强烈的热点,应当进行认真的思考。通过分析当前食品工业存在的缺陷和问题,提出加强监管和加强法律法规建设的建议。
