疏水化磷酸酯淀粉的制备及条件优化

摘    要:以六偏磷酸钠为交联剂制备磷酸酯淀粉,正交试验结果表明,淀粉交联改性的最佳工艺参数为pH值为11,六偏磷酸钠的用量为1.5%,反应温度为40℃,反应时间为2h。有机硅烷偶联剂KH-570为疏水化改性剂,对磷酸酯淀粉进行疏水亲脂性化双改性。通过4因素二次旋转正交组合设计试验,得到最佳工艺参数为:乙醇体积分数为95.70%,KH—570用量为1.68%(占淀粉干基),稀释度为2.81%,反应时间为29.61min,吸水率达到16.23%。磷酸脂淀粉的疏水性能有了很大的改善。

Abstract:The phosphonate ester starch was prepared from corn starch with cross linking agent sodium hexametaphosphate,orthogonal experiment results showed that the optimized processing parameters of cross bonded starch are pH11,amount of sodium hexametaphosphate 1.5%,(dry starch base),temperature of reaction 40 ℃,and time of reaction 2 h. Hydrophobic and lipophilicify double modified starch was prepared from phosphonate ester Starch with organosilane coupling agents KH570.Through four-factor second order rotation combination experiment,the process parameters of hydrophobic double modified starch was optimized. Results shows that the optimized processing parameters of starch are alcohol concentration 95.70%,amount of KH570 1.68%(dry starch base),extent of dilution 2.81%,and time of reaction 29.61 min,absorption rate 16.23%. Hydrophobicity has been improved greatly.
