换向分层式小型谷物干燥机的设计

阐述了一种能应用于广大农村地区,特别是南方农村地区的小型谷物干燥机,并对干燥箱、换向机构和热风炉等主要部件进行了设计计算,确定了合理的结构参数与工作参数。样机性能试验表明,该机干燥稻谷的处理批量为2t/批,每批干燥时间约10h,稻谷干燥成本约0.025元/kg。该机适用于一般谷物,或荔枝、龙眼、八角,以及可切成块状的农副产品如木薯和中药材等的干燥作业。

Design of Small-sized Air-way-switching Grain Dryer

This thesis states a kind of small-sized air-way-switching grain dryer, which was design for the drying of small-batch of grain in countryside, especially in countryside of the southern part of China. The main parts like dryer-box, the air-way-switching mechanism and hot-air stove were designed, their structural parameters or operational data were properly set. Drying test of the sample machine showed that, its drying productivity reaches 2 t paddy per batch, its drying time comes to 10 hours per batch, and its drying cost is about 0.025 RMB yuan/kg. The small-sized grain-dryer can be used to the drying of grain, litchi, longan, aniseed and other subsidiary agricultural products that could be cut to blocks, such as cassava and Chinese medicinal crop.
