摘    要:在课程思政的理念下,通过介绍开展"烘焙食品加工技术"课程思政的目的和意义,以"泡芙制作"为例,从教学任务、教学目标、学情分析、教学重难点、教学方法、设计方案等6个方面进行教学设计。通过将课程内容和思政元素相结合,更好地在教学环节中实现立德树人的根本任务。

Abstract:Under the concept of curriculum ideology and politics,this paper introduced the purpose of carrying out the curriculum ideology and politics of Baking Food Processing Technology,took"puff making"as an example,and conducts teaching design from six aspects:teaching task,teaching objective,learning situation analysis,teaching key and difficult points,teaching method and design scheme.By combining the content of the course with ideological and political elements,we could better realize the fundamental task of cultivating people with morality in the teaching process.
