农产品加工与新农村建设

摘    要:阐述了农产品加工业与农业生产、食品产业的密切关系,提出新农村建设的主体是农民,农产品加工的受益者也应是农民。分析得出了我国目前农产品加工和食品加工与农业、农村、农民脱节是造成食品安全问题的根本原因。我国新农村建设的迫切任务首先是使农民成为经营的主体。

Abstract:This paper elaborated the close relation between farm product processing and agricultural production, food industry; and proposed the main body of new countryside construction should be the farmers, the farmers should be benefited from the farm product processing. The paper analyzed the basic reasons the farm product processing and food industry comes apart with agriculture, countryside, farmer, which result in food security problems. The author thought that the urgent duty of Chinese new rural reconstruction should be the farmers become the main body of management.
