| 摘 要： | 介绍了茶油提取工艺的研究进展。提取方法有压榨法、有机溶剂浸提法、冷榨法、水代法、水—酶法和超临界CO2萃取法。旨在提高茶籽的出油率,提高茶油的品质,提升我国油茶的竞争水平,对加快茶油产业的发展具有积极意义。

| Abstract: | The article has introduced some advances in extraction tea seed oil.It includes mechanical pressing,solvent method,cold pressing,aqueous extraction,aqueous enzymatic extraction and supercritical CO2extraction.This study is to improve oil extraction rate and quality and provide the technical support for comprehensively utilizing the tea seed resources, which is important to the tea industry's enhancing the economic effieieney and development. |
