晒红烟在中式低焦油卷烟中的应用

摘    要:为提高中式低焦油卷烟的香气、浓度和吸食满足感,研究了晒红烟适宜的烘焙处理温度范围、三段式烘焙的温度和时间,并在中式低焦油卷烟配方中分别加入2%,4%,5%,6%经烘焙处理后的晒红烟。结果表明,经过烘焙处理后的晒红烟感官品质得到明显提高,晒红烟适宜的烘焙处理温度范围为100~120℃;适宜的三段式烘焙温度和时间分别为一区115℃和3 min,二区110℃和3 min,三区105℃和4 min;中式低焦油卷烟配方中加入一定比例的晒红烟能显著提高烟气的香气量、烟气浓度和吸食满足感。晒红烟在中式低焦油卷烟配方中使用的最佳比例为2%~5%。

Abstract:To improve the smoke aroma,concentration and satisfaction of Chinese low-tar cigarettes,the suitable curing temperature rang and three-stage curing temperature and time are studied,and the sun-cured red tobacco which was cured is added at the ratio of 2%,4%,5%,6% in the group of cigarette formula.The results show that the sensory quality of sun-cured red tobacco improves obviously after curing process,the suitable curing temperature range is 100~120 ℃,the suitable three-stage curing temperature and time are the first area 115 ℃ and 3 min,the second area 110 ℃ and 3 min,the third area 105 ℃ and 4 min.The sun-cured red tobacco could improve the smoke aroma,concentration and satisfaction of Chinese low-tar cigarettes.The best ratio of sun-cured red tobacco using in cigarette formula is 2%~5%.
