摘    要:HACCP是食品安全管理体系的重要组成部分,是确保食品安全的基石。HACCP可以应用到整个食品链,但无法实现链条中各个单元之间的信息流通,无法将整个食品供应链连接起来。GS1系统与HACCP体系的互补是解决以上问题的有效途径。

Abstract:HACCP is an important component of the food safety management system.It can be applied to the entire chain of food industry.However,it can not ensure the information communication among the units of the food industry chain.The GSl system can be a complement of the HACCP system.The combination of these two systems is an effective way to solve the problem.
