杏鲍菇菌丝体水溶性多糖提取条件的优化

摘    要:以多糖得率为测定指标,通过单因素和L9(34)正交试验,对杏鲍菇菌丝体水溶性多糖的提取条件进行了研究。结果表明,杏鲍菇菌丝体水溶性多糖的提取条件为:料水比1∶40,提取温度80℃,提取时间4 h。在此条件下,水溶性多糖得率为8.27%。

Abstract:Used mycelia water-soluble polysaccharide as index,by monofactorial test and L9(3)4 orthogonal test,the extractive conditions of mycelia water-soluble polysaccharide from Pleurotus eryngii are studied.The extractive conditions of mycelia water-soluble polysaccharide are determined as follows: mycelia powder/water is 1∶40,extractive temperature 80 ℃,extractive time 4 h.The extractive efficiency of mycelia polysaccharide is 8.27%.
