| 摘 要： | 林檎果实种子营养丰富,测定数据表明,种子中含有蛋白质13.04%,脂肪13.3%,碳水化合物9.43%,还含有多种矿物质元素,如K、Na、Ca、Mg、Fe、Cu、Zn、Mn、Ni、Pb、Cd等。动物急性毒性实验表明,林檎种子具有中等毒性。

| Abstract: | The nutntion and the acute toxicity of the sweetsop seed had studied. The results showed there were protein 13.04 %, fat 13.3 %, carbohydrate 9.43 % and many kinds of trace elements in the sweetsop seed. The experiment of acute toxicity of the sweetsop seed were done on the small white mouse, and the result showed that the seed had medium toxicity. |
