乙醇提取北方地区早园竹中总黄酮的工艺研究

摘    要:研究了不同浓度乙醇提取北方地区早园竹叶中黄酮的工艺。通过单因素试验确定了影响总黄酮得率的主要因素及其最佳水平范围。通过正交实验确定了最佳萃取条件。结果表明,使用老生竹叶,物料比为1∶15,体积分数为60%的乙醇,在80℃,时间为150 min萃取2次,可以使总黄酮得率达到2.1%。

Abstract:A process of flavones extraction from north Ph.Praecox leaf by ethanol is studied.Single factor tests are arranged to investigate the factors of ratio of the mass of material to the volume of solvent(M/V),ethanol concentration,reaction temperature,reaction time and extracting frequency,which influence the flavones extraction and their optimum operating ranges,orthogonal test is arranged to discover the optimum conditions of all the factors.As a result,the yield of flavones extraction can reach as high as 2.1%,the optimum conditions of its are as follows: M/V is 1∶15,concentration of ethanol is 60%,reaction temperature is 80 ℃,reaction time is 150 min and at the extracting frequency of twice,when operating the older bamboo leaves.
