| 摘 要： | 食品物流学是食品科学与工程的专业方向课,用人单位要求学生具备解决实际问题的能力。结合学生和用人单位的反馈意见,对课程的内容结构、教学方法、实践环节、考核方式等方面进行分析与改革,记录了教与学的心得体会,分析了这些改革取得的效果。

| Abstract: | Food logistics is a specialty orientation course of food science and engineering.Employers require students to have the ability to solve practical problems.This paper combines feedback form students and employer,analysis the course structure,teaching methodology,practice and examination methods.This essay shows some reforms in these areas,records of the teaching and learning experience,analysis of the effects of these reforms. |
