| 摘 要： | 研究生教育肩负着为国家培养高素质、创新型人才的重任,农业院校的研究生培养也不例外。但在研究生培养的过程中,出现了培养方式单一、研究生创新能力不强,人才素质不高等问题。阐述了农业院校研究生培养创新基地建设的意义,探讨了建立培养创新基地体系对于研究生培养的意义。

| Abstract: | Graduate education shoulders the important task of training high-quality,innovative talents for the country, agricultural colleges graduate education is no exception.However,in the process of graduate education,the emergence of a single culture,graduate innovation is not strong,not high quality of talent,In view of this,we believe that the establishment of graduate education innovation base is benefit to postgraduate.This paper illustrates the significance of nurturing innovation base and explores how to create a training innovation base system. |
