摘    要:“食品感官检验”课程是食品营养与检验教育专业一门核心课,结合应用型本科院校人才培养目标,对课程教学中存在的问题进行梳理,并提出针对性解决对策,以更好地服务应用型人才的培养,并能在应用型本科建设中起到课堂教学示范作用。

Abstract:The course of Sensory Inspection of Food is a core course for the specialty of food nutrition and inspection education,combined with the training objectives of applied undergraduate colleges,this paper sorted out the problems existing in the teaching of this course,and put forward the corresponding countermeasures,so as to better serve the cultivation of applied talents,and to play the role of classroom teaching demonstration in the construction of applied undergraduate course.
