案例教学在高校“畜产品加工工艺学”中的应用研究

The Application of Case Teaching Method in the Teaching of Livestock Products Processing Technology

The reform of higher education,especially the characteristic teaching reform of a single academic discipline,is very important to promote the development of the academic discipline,carry out innovative education and cultivate innovative talents. The course of Animal Products Processing Technology has the characteristics of complex knowledge structure,wide coverage and strong practicability,which is suitable for the teaching method of case teaching. Taking liquid milk sterilization and fresh meat color change for example,summarized the influence of case teaching on course ideological and professional knowledgethe teaching effect for the course of Animal Products Processing Technology. This artical emphasized the fusion of traditional Chinese excellent education theory and experience when we implement the case teaching,emphasized the alternate between case teaching and traditional teaching method,and emphasized the application of the case teaching method in Chinese style.
