摘    要:严峻复杂的食品安全问题给政府监管部门带来巨大挑战,高校贯彻党和国家的总体要求是专业人才培养方案,并依据此开展人才培养和质量的评价。着重分析了国内开设食安专业院校在人才培养方案上的差异,发现其存在培养目标不明确、办学水平参差不齐、核心课程不丰富等问题,基于此提出食安专业培养方案改进的建议,为培养高质量食安专业人才提供参考。

Abstract:Severe and complex food safety issues have brought huge challenges to government regulatory agencies,the talents cultivation plan is the basis for the university to implement the overall requirements of the party and the country on talent training,and talent training and carry out quality evaluation. This article focused on the analysis of the differences in the talent training programs of domestic food safety colleges,and found that there were problems such as unclear training goals,uneven school level,and insufficient core courses. Based on this,an innovative food safety training program was proposed to provide ideas for cultivating high-quality food safety professionals.
