苯酚—硫酸法测定广东虫草菌丝体多糖含量的研究

摘    要:以精制后的广东虫草菌丝体多糖为研究对象,通过单因素实验,对苯酚—硫酸法测定广东虫草菌丝体精制多糖含量的显色条件进行优选,并对该法的精密度、稳定性、加样回收率,以及多糖液中色素、蛋白质的干扰等进行了研究。结果表明,该测定方法简便灵敏,准确性高,稳定性好,测定结果可靠,且不受色素及蛋白质的影响。用苯酚—硫酸法在最佳显色条件下测得的广东虫草菌丝体多糖含量为10.52%。

Abstract:Polysaccharides from Guangdong cordyceps mycelium. In the paper,they were refined and then selected as a research object to perform single factor experiment,optimizing the chromogenic condition of phenol-sulfuric acid method with regard to the refined polysaccharides.
