摘    要:"食品质量安全控制与管理"和"食品检测技术"是高职高专院校食品安全与检验技术专业的两个重要学习领域与食品检验和食品生产现场质量安全控制岗位相对接是食品类专业教学改革的关键与难点。在教育部高职高专食品类教学指导委员会的指导下,构建了"食品质量安全控制与管理"和"食品检测技术"两门课程的设置,为规范高职高专院校食品安全与检验技术类专业提供了支撑。
