| 摘 要： | 高职学生学习动力不足的问题已成为高职院校提高教学质量,谋求内涵发展的障碍。从分析高职学生学习动力不足的原因入手,提出了转变观念,加强学生思想教育,深化教学改革,发挥教师的主导作用,引入竞争机制和严格学生管理等方面的措施,以激发学生的学习积极性。

| Abstract: | High vocational college students are devoid of study impetus has been one of the disadvantageous factors in the construction of high vocational college. In this paper, a deep analysis is given about the reason why the students of high vocational colleges are devoid of study impetus and some suggestions are offered that effective measures should be taken to improve ideological education, deepen educational reform, exerted the leading function of teachers, applied the competition mechanism and strengthen the management of teaching and study in order to arouse the students enthusiasm for study. |
