摘    要:论述了消费者食品安全意识的普遍性、阶段性、敏感性和影响性等特点。分析了消费者食品安全意识在食品消费活动中的导向作用、监督作用和动力作用,提出正确地培育、引导、强化和利用消费者食品安全意识,以促进食品行业进步与发展的观点。

Abstract:This thesis talk about the characteristics of the consumer's safety consciousness about the food such as the characters of common sensitive influence and so on,analyzed the functions leading coverage supervising and motivating,pointed that people should cultivate guide strengthen and make full use of the consumer's safety consciousness about the food correctly,therefore it can improve the idea of the progress and development in the food industry.
